Holidays are great, extra time off work that we can spend training. Best of all is when your PJ buddy stops saving lives so he can come home to do some Squat Clusters with his brothers.

Warm Up:
8min KB Complex
Choose a few movements and perform them for 8 min

Squat Cluster:
Round 1 2x Back Squat at 80-85% Every 30 seconds
Rest 5 minutes
Round 2 2x Back Squat at 80-85% Every 30 seconds

Mad Max
5rds for Time with a partner
10 OHP then 1 minute OH hold
Partner must Row as hard as they can until the press and holds are done then switch

*If you fail to hold the weight overhead for the minute then time starts over but drops to 45, 30 and 15 based on how many times you fail.
